Targeting licensed, construction-ready (secured necessary permits and grid connections) or post construction projects. Our selection process emphasizes established developers with proven track records in commercial solar installation.

Investment Security Framework

Project investments are structured with multiple protection elements, including equipment collateralization and long-term revenue contracts. Solar installations are implemented using proven technology on commercial and industrial facilities across Portugal and Spain.

Revenue Structure

Projects are designed to generate income through three potential revenue streams: power purchase agreements, energy service contracts, and grid sales. Each project's revenue framework is established prior to investment, though returns are not guaranteed and may vary.

Risk Management

Focussed on exceptional development partners, executing low complexity business models, using proven technology, targeting predictable revenue. Designed to manage risk, investments remain subject to market, operational, and other risks that could affect returns.

Portfolio Strategy

A profitable portfolio of energy assets can be re-financed with new capital partners, or part/fully sold to institutional investors acquiring operational renewable assets. Exit opportunities will depend on market conditions and asset performance at the time of attempted liquidation.
